Right believing produces right thinking. Ash Wednesday 2025.

This Ash Wednesday, as I reflect on blessings from years past and move forward to now I think, “it has started off to be a horrible year.” Knowing this is not the right way to think, I sit and listen for the Holy Ghost to guide my thoughts. I am reminded that these past few months, much has happened and I have been blessed to be with many people and communicate in person or through talking on the phone, writing, and social media. It is a very blessed, loving, and bountiful year. God has provided more than ever expected. A time to do for others and others doing for me . Blessed and loving family, friends, and community to share and enjoy things with. A place to live and work, preparing to fulfill my purpose.

The persons you don’t recognize on the street are as worthy as the anointed disciples on TV and in churches. Both are our neighbors that we love as ourselves. The overflowing grace and love that we share with others can save a life, change a bad day to good, and make a break for right thinking.

There is a duty to be done and I say I:

Speak words of love and truth.

Pray without ceasing and trust in the Lord; Jesus Christ.

Not sparingly but in abundance.

Be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
